Welcome to our pizza world! Our sourdough pizza dough undergoes a natural cold rise for 72 hours, resulting in a light and crisp crust. Once it's done rising, it's ready to be baked into the perfect pizza. Come try it out!

WHY 72 HOURS ?

Looking for a more easily digestible pizza option? Look no further than cold fermented pizza dough! Not only is it packed with nutrients, but the slower fermentation process allows for a more complete breakdown of starches in the flour. This means that it's less likely to cause digestive issues for some individuals. Enjoy your pizza without the discomfort with our cold fermented dough option.

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN YOUR PIZZA?

DOUGH: We only use Italian 00 Caputo flour, water, natural sourdough, salt, yeast, olive oil 

FINISHED PIZZA : Ground tomato sauce, basil, salt, olive oil  .  Grande Mozzarela
